At Gumphan, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Since our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and make each piece unique. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, email us at gumphan.handicraft@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or a video of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
• Personal preference regarding size or design
• Products that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

• A free replacement (subject to product availability), or
• A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences such as color, style, or design choice.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Gumphan will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each Gumphan jewellery piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, slight differences in color, texture, stone placement, finish, or dimensions are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

These unique variations are what make every Gumphan creation one of a kind.
